Brand and Website design for Samson Photography

Samson Photography is made up of Samson and Kelsey Anne, a queer husband/wife photographer duo in Nova Scotia. Their work is fun, candid and always seems to capture people’s essence. Below is a snapshot of their new brand and website design—I had the most fun creating diptychs for both their home page and portfolio! They wanted their brand and website design to reflect the kind of candid moments they love to capture, as well as the level of safety and tenderness that they embody. They chose the inverted triangle for their logo as a symbol of queer pride, safety and liberation. You can learn more about the history of this symbol and its reclamation here.

I loved working with these two.
