Heather Towns Photography

Heather Towns is a Wedding and Family Photographer based in Peterborough & The Kawarthas. Her specialty is photographing those little moments that people might not even be aware are happening. She also happens to be the sweetest person to work with! She hired me to design a new website for her wedding photography business. I curated her portfolio for her, wrote some her of website copy, selected a colour palette that compliments her photos, and revamped her existing logo. I’m in love with the simplicity of this website design and how well it showcases her family and wedding photography work. Heather has such a talent for capturing people in their element.

Her website design is minimal and spacious. It features subtle animation features; with some sliding images and buttons that change colour on hover. In addition to her standard home, about, portfolio, pricing and contact pages, I designed her a blog page. I also wrote and put together 3 blog posts featuring some of my favourite photoshoots of hers. Below is a glimpse at how her photography website turned out on desktop and mobile.
